Fear Factory "The Industrialist" review

Well! although Fear Factory is a more, shall we say "commercial" band than they used to be, they still retain their underground status in our opinion. Which still gives them a lot of street cred.

After listening to the new album "The Industrialist", containing 10 bone crunching tracks, the verdict is clear in this album in our opinion, that simply Fear Factory are back on form!

A few years back Dino Cazares (guitars) departed from Fear Factory due to disputes in the band, Dino was an integral part of Fear Factory's sound also there awesome song writting and arranging. With band lineup changes Fear Factory seem to loose there way little which I'm sure all bands do at some point.

But not to Fear!....Fear Factory return to riffs as chunky as a yorkie bar from Cazares and Burton C. Bell's angry ass vocals and Gregorian melodic backing vocal passages, and not to forget the type writer sounding kick drums tapping away and ambient movements returning the VERY satisfying, identifiable and unmistakable force that Fear Factory were and still are.

Here at GLOBAL ROCK we give it a very satisfying and well deserved 9/10 horns and is well worth parting with your money for!
